The place was clean and special, had helpful and attentive staff from the doorman yo the front desk. We were moved to a deluxe king room on higher floors. The location was easy, within walking distance of New York University.

It was just a great match for a brief stopover in New York with very good value for money. The front desk staff were all nice and friendly, making check-in easy. If you're looking for a place close to SOHO, keep in mind the train might take longer than expected to other areas.

Fairly clean venue with perfect and exceptionally nice location in the center of soho. Very clean bed in the king room, plus very good soundproofing, coffee and complimentary Wi-Fi. Stunning view of the Manhatten skyline and amazing breakfast.

Location
I did not like the rooms, the bathroom facilities were extremely poor.The water pressure in the shower and the heat adjustment was terrible. There was no proper cupboard in the room, instead there was a hole on the wall with an ugly curtain covering it. The street and the traffic noise was not blocked at all. The lobby and the surroundings was too dark and gloomy for my taste. In my opinion the hotel needs to be renovated.

good stay with some improvements needed
The staff are good, especially Jose and his team at the front door. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated being able to switch to a North-facing room.
Breakfast at the bistro needs significant improvement.
